INGREDIENTI/INGREDIENTS

• 50 g di gorgonzola dolce/gorgonzola cheese
• 20 g di noci sgusciate/walnut
• ½ cespo di radicchio rosso/red radicchio
• 3 cipollette fresche/fresh onions
• 500 g conchiglie/pasta "conchiglie"
• 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva/extravirgin olive oil
• Parmigiano Reggiano

PREPARAZIONE: ricostruite l’ordine della ricetta scrivendo i numeri sulle fasi di preparazione

PREPARATION: arrange the order of the recipe writing the numbers on the preparation phases

1 .    Eliminare la crosta del gorgonzola e ridurlo a pezzettini/Remove the Gorgonzola's rind and make it into small pieces

___  Soffriggere le cipollette/Saute the onions

___ Sfogliare radicchio, lavarne le foglie, asciugarle e tritarle fini/Open the radicchio, wash its leaves, dry and chop them fine

___ Unire il gorgonzola, le noci ed il radicchio alla pasta/Add the Gorgonzola, walnuts and radicchio to pasta

___  Tritare le noci già sgusciate/Chop the walnuts already shelled

___ Aggiungere le noci tritate/Add the chopped walnuts

___ Servire immediatamente/Serve immediately

___ Mettere la pentola sul fuoco e far bollire l’acqua/Put the pot on the stove and boil the water

___ Cuocere le conchiglie e scolarle al dente/Cook the pasta and strain it al dente

___  Tagliare finemente le cipollette fresche/Finely chop the fresh onion

___ Coprire con una grattugiata di Parmigiano Reggiano/Cover with grated Parmigiano Reggiano

___  Aggiungere il radicchio e lasciarlo appassire/Add the radicchio and let it brown
