Participants will enjoy an introduction to fine Italian wine, accompanied by some carefully chosen local products. The tastings last 2 hours, beginning at 17.00 and are scheduled Monday through Friday.

Students will taste wines specially selected to mirror the quality of the best Italian and Sicilian production, accompanied by amazing and delicious tastes of Sicily,such as:

Pepato Cheese, Provoletta Cheese, Pecorino cheese (sheep's milk), Olives and figs, Chestnut and Zagara's honey, handmade sweets and Sicilian biscuits.

Mornings are dedicated to the Italian language lessons as for the rest of the courses.

 * Wines and accompaniments are likely to change with the seasons

Every afternoon from Monday through Friday

Minimum 2, maximum 8 students per class

Minimum stay: 2 weeks

Afternoon Activities are held in a unique group

 

 

Price includes 20 hours of  Italian lessons and  10 hours of wine tasting.

 

Students will have an opportunity to visit a vineyard in Mount Etna in cooperation with our partner Etna Experience Tour Operator.  This day trip will have an additional charge and is not included in the price of the course.
