Cooking Course In English or in Italian Students will learn the authentic way of preparing the world famous Italian food - 15 hours – Cooking lessons with a professional Chef - 5 hours – “Piscaria” Market shopping tips to learn how to buy best fresh products - 5 hours - After the lessons students will eat altogether the dishes prepared - Minimum 4, max 8 Students - Minimum stay - 2 weeks - Courses are in English and Italian This cooking course will give you a complete introduction to Italian “gastronomia”. Participants will receive a “FEDERICO II’s Cooking Diploma” and they will be able to prepare a rich well balanced “Italian Menu”, based on different regional recipes. The Cooking lessons last 4 hours, including one hour shopping, beginning at 9.30 AM and are scheduled Monday to Friday.
