Italian PLUS Cooking
Focus on Regional Cuisine!
Students will combine Italian Studies with cooking lessons:
- 20 hours - Italian lessons per week
- 3 cooking lessons per week
- Professional Chef
- Fresh Ingredients
- 5 levels - Beginner through Advanced – for the morning lessons.
- Cooking lessons are held in one unique group.
This cooking course will give you a complete introduction to Italian “gastronomia”. Participants will receive a “FEDERICO II’s Cooking Diploma” and they will be able to prepare a complete, well balanced “Italian Menu”, based on different regional recipes.
The Cooking lessons last 2 to 3 hours, beginning at 17:00 and are scheduled Monday through Friday.
Mornings are dedicated to the Italian language lessons as for the rest of the courses.
Students will use fresh ingredients bought at the “Catania Fish Market” down the street from the school, in order to mirror the quality of the best Italian and Sicilian food.

Fee: € 450 one week course; € 840 two week course
Every afternoon from Monday through Friday
Minimum age: 18 years old
Minimum 4, maximum 8 students per class
Minimum stay: 2 weeks
Minimum 2 participants required
